Who Qualifies

We are searching for a passionate, talented, and motivated young artist who not only demonstrates financial need but also shows a deep love for the arts. This scholarship is designed for someone who dreams big, works hard, and is ready to grow — whether their artistic path is through dance, singing, or a blend of both.

We’re looking for that spark: the student who lights up a room when they perform, who is eager to learn, and who sees the arts as more than just an activity — but as a way to express who they are.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Ages 10 to 17
Applicants must fall within this age range at the time of submission.

• Demonstrated financial need
This scholarship is intended to support a youth who may not otherwise have the opportunity to train or perform at this level. We trust applicants to apply honestly and openly.

• Passion for the arts
Whether your love is for dance, singing, or both, we want to hear your story. Show us what drives you and why the arts are meaningful in your life.

• Creativity, skill, talent, and motivation
We’re not just looking for polished performers — we’re looking for potential. Show us your unique style, your willingness to take risks, and your commitment to improving your craft.

• A genuine desire to grow as an artist
We want to invest in someone who is ready to show up, train, perform, and be part of a creative community. This scholarship is not just about talent; it’s about heart, work ethic, and the drive to develop as an artist.

Artist Avenue is proud to offer an incredible opportunity for one passionate youth artist between the ages of 10 and 17.

Valued at up to $3,500, this scholarship provides access to unlimited group classes at Artist Avenue throughout the season, allowing the recipient to train, grow, and explore their artistic interests in a supportive and inspiring environment.

This scholarship is designed to support a young artist who demonstrates passion, dedication, and a desire to grow while helping remove financial barriers to arts education. The recipient will have the opportunity to participate in classes, develop their skills, and take part in performance opportunities connected to their artistic journey.

This scholarship is not limited to one specific art form. Opportunities will be shaped around the recipient’s interests and goals, whether that includes dance, vocal performance, music, creative projects, competitions, showcases, or exploring a new artistic path.

Scholarship Details:

• Valued at up to $3,500
• Includes unlimited group classes at Artist Avenue for the scholarship season
• Available to youth artists ages 10 to 17
• Not redeemable for cash
• Does not include private lessons, costumes, merchandise, competition fees, or additional program expenses

Artist Avenue is looking for an emerging artist whose creativity, commitment, and love for the arts stand out. This scholarship is about more than training. It is about providing an opportunity for a young person to build confidence, develop their skills, and continue their artistic journey.

How to Apply

1. Submit a video of yourself dancing, singing, acting or sharing you art! A video that showcases your talent. Extra points for creativity. Please note this does not need to be shot professionally, any phone camera will work!

2. Write a short letter explaining why you should be chosen and sharing your artistic dreams. How this will make an impact in your life. What your goals with this scholarship are and a bit about yourself.
