From an early age, dance has been a deep passion of mine. Without access to formal training, I started my journey by learning from online videos, absorbing everything I could. I later spent several years in a studio setting, training in choreography, but eventually sought a path that resonated more with my creative spirit.
For the past two years, I have been fully immersed in Popping, dedicating myself to its foundations, history, and culture. This journey naturally led me to Animation, a style that, along with Popping, has profoundly shaped my artistic expression. The musicality, creativity, character, and control within these styles have inspired me in ways no other dance form has.
As both a student and teacher of the craft, I am excited to share my knowledge and passion with the community while continuing to grow as an artist. My goal is to create a space where students can develop their skills, explore their creativity, and connect with the essence of these incredible dance styles.

Miranda introduces young dancers to the world of popping and animation through playful movement, rhythm games, and beginner-friendly techniques. This class encourages expression and musicality while building strong foundational skills in street dance.

In this class, Miranda guides dancers through the fundamentals of popping, animation, and character-based movement. Dancers will explore isolations, waves, and storytelling while building confidence, style, and control in their freestyle.

As part of a collaborative effort with my colleagues, I helped develop a comprehensive syllabus that embraces the authentic roots of street dance while honoring its rich history, culture, and community-driven spirit. Unlike traditional dance programs, our curriculum prioritizes certified instruction that ensures proper technique while staying true to the essence of styles like breaking, hip-hop, and krumping.
Selected for a professional development program supporting emerging leaders in the breaking community. Focused on arts education, event production, grant writing, and cultural leadership to elevate hip-hop in community spaces.
